As highlighted by the user insights in the modern EV charging experience is plagued by counterintuitive app logic, multi-step hurdles to initiate a simple charge, and fragmented navigation that makes tracking live sessions or finding the next station a chore. This project tackles those systemic UX flaws head-on. By dissecting the core pain points of discovery, initialization, and monitoring, this redesign transforms a complex, multi-layered digital process into a seamless, intuitive, and stress-free interaction—ensuring that powering a vehicle feels as effortless as driving it.
